Established in 1996 as a non-profit organization, Lasdoc Housing Development Inc. [dba MELODY AMERICA] is a 501[c][3] organization as designated by the Internal Revenue Service and the state of California.
Lasdoc Housing Development Inc. was originally created to provide low income individuals and communities with the financial, informational, and technical resources that will enable them to purchase or rent affordable housing and provide viable and sustainable housing options for qualifying residents
The organization is broadening its focus and service areas, to include a music instruction, education, and performance component. MELODY AMERICA will inspire, motivate and educate participants using a musical platform. Our goal is to help transform lives from hopelessness to hopeful. Our design is to stage music festivals and performances, provide on-site and internet based educational instruction fused by socioeconomic advocacy.
